Capital Katori's 2015 Cherry Blossom Seminar kicks off on April 10th, and you're invited to take part in the training and festivities. Capital Katori will host a weekend of Katori training with Pedro Martín González Sensei of Spain. Students of Sugawara Sensei are all invited to come to the Washington DC area for this Gathering. This year's gathering will be held the same weekend as the National Cherry Blossom Festival and Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival, providing visitors a chance to also enjoy the United State's most famous celebration of Japanese culture, food, and arts. Pedro Martín González Sensei
Pedro Gonzales will be the guest instructor at Capital Katori’s Sakura Matsuri 2015 Seminar. Sensei Gonzalez is the chief Instructor at the Kenshinkan dojo in Badajoz, Spain. He is one of Sugawara Sensei’s earliest students and holds a Kyoshi license from Sugawara Sensei in Katori Shinto Ryu. He is ranked 6th dan in Karate, 3rd dan in Aikido, and 3rd dan in Okinawan Kobudo (weapons).
